We are looking for talented and creative software and database developers familiar with object oriented programing. Our developers work independently, have good communications skills, and can brainstorm with the team on new ideas. In addition, developers at HRsmart work well in a fast paced environment and deal professionally with both teammates and clients in order to meet business and technical demands.

Job Description:

• Design and implement new solutions using industry standard technologies (eg. HTML, PHP, MVC, JavaScript/AJAX, and MySQL).
• Provide input on web platform design and configuration to maximize application performance.
• Maintain and write unit tests and other automated testing tools to ensure the quality of the application in an agile development process using continuous integration.
• Mentor teammates in web application architecture and object oriented technology as implemented in a LAMP environment.
• Keep abreast of current trends in web technology and PHP in particular
