• Mastering Microsoft Server Class operating systems (2000, 2003 and 2008)
• Preferred Knowledge of Novell
• Experience with .NET Framework programming
• 2 + Experience with Programming languages C++, VB, C#, Visual Basic
• 2 + Experience with of Document management nomenclature and workflows.
• 2 + Experience with ODBC databases like SQL, DB2, Oracle.
• Experience with MFP’s, scanners and the different Image file formats and usages.
• Experience with Messaging applications, MS Exchange, Lotus Notes.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Excellent Oral and verbal communication skills

Job Description:
• Provide escalation support for customers calling the call center with technical issues that cannot be resolved by Tier I & Tier II Support.
• Support SDK and advanced VBScript support
• Write example code and solutions using our products.
• Test reported issues and identify fixes for reported issues
• Answer technical presales questions from potential customers.
• Assist with testing and debugging our software components.
• Promote awareness of our products in online communities.
• Complete projects assigned by the network administrator and managers.
• Provide 24 X 7 support for Enterprise customers.
• Travel may be required.
• Answer technical support calls and e-mails from existing customers.
• Call potential customers who download our software to offer technical assistance

Education and Certification:
• Degree in Computer Sciences or Information Technologies
• Microsoft Certified Professional MCP or MCSE (required).
• A+ Certification (preferred if less than 4
