FLEX Developer - Strong with PHP also...

Our client has a very successfully marketed Analytics product & needs to add a FLEX developer to their team. It's fine to work remote, and they are looking to start off with maybe 20-30 hours/week, & develop this into a full time opportunity. Also, they will be adding additional FLEX developers throughout the year on a planned, growth-based basis. 1. Experience in design and development of object-oriented applications using Java, PHP HTML, Struts, JavaScript, Jquery, JSON, CSS
2. Experience with Rich Internet Applications (RIA) development using Flex 3.0/4.0, Action Script 2.0/3.0, Flex API, and Flex Data Services, MXML.
3. Strong in designing front end interfaces using FLEX technology and backend component using PHP/Java
4. Extensive experience with Charting and Dashboard Layout Design and development in Flex.
5. Worked on Apache tomcat, JBoss application servers and IDE tools such as Eclipse 3.3, NetBeans 6.7, and Dreamweaver CS4.
6. Very good understanding of most commonly used J2EE Design Patterns.
7. Extensive knowledge of RDBMS, SQL,My SQL, SQL Server.
8. Experience with XML and related standards and technologies like SAX, DOM, XSLT, DTD and XML SCHEMA.
9.Team-oriented, fast learner, self-motivated and good communication skills to work in a fast paced startup environment.
10. Strong problem solving skills.
