The Event Shop is looking for motivated web developers to join our team and assist in the creation of state of the art ticketing and event service applications.

Successful candidates will have the following technical knowledge and experience:

Commercial experience in developing PHP 5 applications
Commercial experience with Javascript and AJAX
Excellent software development practices
Good knowledge of database design and SQL

Experience with Linux (primarily Gentoo)
Experience with Java (J2SE and J2EE)
Document preparation (design/functional specifications)
Ability to switch between disparate projects without going insane
Excellent problem solving skills
