PHP Developer

We are seeking a dedicated, hardworking PHP Developer to join our full-time staff in our Raleigh office. The PHP Developer will be responsible for building e-commerce applications, maintaining existing PHP code, optimizing MySQL queries and developing custom PHP solutions.
Atlantic BT is a fast-growing 12+ year old web design, development, hosting and marketing services provider focused on small to medium sized internet projects. REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years' experience with Object Oriented PHP Development
- Strong SQL database architecture & implementation skills with experience in efficient MySQL
- Programming logic, good code-writing style and commenting are a must
- Comprehensive understanding of HTML
- Ability to lead team of lesser experienced developers as required
- Dependable and professional
- Self-motivated, quick learner
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently, but also must work well with others
- Ability to recognize tasks that need to be completed and willingness to take responsibility for them
- Willingness to think outside the box
Frameworks experience which would be good to have – but not necessary:
- Magento
- Wordpress
- Code Igniter
- Expression Engine
- Zend
- Mobile Development Applications
