You will be joining a performance based eCommerce / digital agency that specialise in delivering return on investment through eCommerce and online marketing. Focussing on eCommerce they deliver mobile commerce, SEO, paid search, behavioural targeting and email marketing solutions all tailored towards delivering excellent online experiences and conversion optimisation for their clients.
As the latest member of the Account Management team, the Digital Account Manager will play a vital role in helping to deliver eCommerce campaigns through effective client management, project management and creative/ideas development. As the primary contact on client accounts you will be involved from pre-sales pitches (working alongside sales) right through to delivering the final product.
Put simply, it will be down to you to use your creative style and negotiation skills to determine requirements, strengthen partnerships and successfully oversee digital/eCommerce projects from inception all the way through to delivery ensuring the end output delivers great customer satisfaction and ROI.
To qualify... You should be able to combine a good knowledge of the digital industry with creative ideas and a natural ability to connect with people. Whether you call yourself a Digital Project Manager, Digital Account Manager or similar, it doesn’t matter, you just need to show...
• A deep understanding of the digital industry including eCommerce and ideally digital marketing.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal/written) with an ability to converse complex ideas easily.
• Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• A natural ability to manage and meet client expectations effectively.
• A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Great customer facing skills with a natural ability to isolate up-sell opportunities.
• Digital Agency experience is a must.
