Access VBA SQL Excel Developer

Immediate need:
Investment Banking client likes to see stability and not alot of jumping around. Person must also be a quick study to be able to effectively work with demanding users...must have strong SQL (lots of on-the-fly script writing with SQL), Access, VBA and Excel, and be sharp with good communication skills in order to deal with demanding users.
RAD Developer (rapid application developer) that will do lots of on-the-fly SQL scripting, VBA, Access and Excel in order to produce quick app's for users that need specialized reports for Risk related metrics (can be compliance, investment or analytical needs - but this does not matter ); must have strong communication skills and solid technical skills in VBA, Access, SQL (will take a written test) and Excel.
This is a consulting role in lower Manhattan.
