Joining as a Dynamics CRM Consultant / Developer you will work at the forefront of this ISO 27001 accredited business building solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft .NET.

Working closely with new and existing customers you will translate business requirements into purposeful and productive solutions. You will undertake a diverse role that encompasses end-to-end design and development of solutions including configuration and development of new functionality, integration and interfaces to existing customer systems and implementation of the solution.

To qualify... We are seeking a Dynamics CRM / .NET expert, enthused by technology and comfortable working in-front of customers. In more detail your CV will need to demonstrate the following:

• A degree in Computing/Information Technology (e.g. BSc, minimum 2:1) or equivalent;
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft .NET C# and JavaScript development;
• Good knowledge of SQL Server, SQL Report Services, XML and Web Services;
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customisation, Configuration, Extending certification desirable;
• Good knowledge of Web development;
• Experience of agile software development and test driven development methodologies;
• Good working knowledge of version control methods and software such as VSS or Team Foundation Server;
• Good knowledge of business processes.
• You will have strong analysis, design and development skills and experience within an Agile environment;
• Broad experience of commercial software development environments is essential along with strong client relationship and commercialisation skills.

Any exposure to: Customising and extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM; Developing CRM plug-ins and workflows or SharePoint, WPF and Silverlight is highly desirable.
