With clients and partners that include Toshiba, Aviva, AON, KPMG and the England Cricket Board to name just a few this award winning company are expanding rapidly and therefore require a Web Development Lead who can combine technical ability with creative flair to define and implement engaging user experience for all web projects.
Setting the standards for the development and UI teams to follow, you will occupy the role of Web Development Lead responsible for all appropriate web standards and technologies that are implemented. In addition to this you will implement new designs for both internal and client projects as well as mentoring/managing other members of the team.
Put simply you will champion the web development process, leading Development & UI teams, scoping out new interface prototypes, implementing new departmental techniques and providing the essential web development input that ensures online projects are the best they can be.
To qualify... You should be a tech savvy Web Developer capable of demonstrating the following:
• Degree in a numerate or IT discipline, or with relevant experience as a Web Developer and of a Lead Web Developer.
• Proven skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and related technologies.
• Experience working in a Microsoft .NET (VB) environment.
• A natural ability to lead, coach, mentor and manage teams.
• A passion for digital and emerging web technology trends.
