Hours: Full Time 9-5
Location: Dearborn, MI (on site only – no telecommuting)

Skills Required:

• 3+ years of PHP experience:
  • Object oriented is a must
  • Template system familiarity (Smarty)
  • Framework experience is a plus (ZendFramework)
• 3+ years of SQL (MySQL preferably) experience:
  • Query optimization
  • DB design & tuning
• 3+ years of javascript experience:
  • AJAX
  • Library experience is a plus (jQuery, Dojo, etc.)
• General knowledge of software development practices and tools:
  • Version control experience a plus (svn, git, etc.)
  • Testing framework experience a plus (PHPUnit, etc)
• A love for programming PHP and getting things done.

Desired:

• User interface design
• Familiarity with scripting languages & new technologies:
  • Bash
  • Ant
  • Tcl

Duties: You will be joining our small team of developers on an established project. The software you’ll be working on is a data center management all-in-one solution. We have a large list of features to add and other aspects to tweak/fix. You will be working with the rest of the team to accomplish those goals.
