Digital Prospectors is currently seeking a Sr. LAMP Software Engineer for a long-term contract role at MIT Lincoln Labs.

JOB LOCATION: Lexington, MA

JOB DURATION: 12 – 24 months +

HOURLY RATE: $60 – $68/hr

SALARY: up to $94,000 + full benefits

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Highly motivated, web developer is needed to support a fast-paced development and deployment project. Candidate must be experienced developing web based applications from the back end through the user interface for deployment in a Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP (LAMP) environment.

Ability to independently define requirements and develop software that supports a rapidly evolving set of user needs is essential. Experience with the following technologies is required: AJAX, PHP, dynamic chart and graph generation, SOAP, Java, Perl, bash / tcsh, and binary data processing. Experience with agile software development such as Agile SCRUM is also highly desirable. Hardware experience and Matlab knowledge is a plus
