Description :
Analyze, Design and implement the development framework for J2EE applications
Should be an expert in both delegtaing and doing himself
Participate in high-level technical meetings for the selection of the implementation technologies and techniques
Supervise / evaluate the development work and provide technical assistance to the team of developers

Required Skills & Experience:

* C++,Perl, Unix /Solaris ,Agile methodology experience and SDLC * Banking Industry experience is highly preferred * Technical Skills MUST include experience with , C++,Perl, Linux/UNIX/Solaris Java application servers (Tomcat, WebSphere, BEA, JBoss), SQL, HTML, and POX * Experience in Database Modeling, HTTP BC, BPEL, AXIS2, OpenESB/Mule, Dojo, Hibernate, UML, and JSF are all a Plus! * 7-8 years development experience * Prefer previous banking industry experience * Team Lead * Java * WebSphere Application Server * Java Servlet * JBoss * Preferred skills include: banking Industry, Data Modeling, HTTP,Hibernate,struts,spring.
