We have a Full - Time position with a dynamic firm which provides Web and Wireless Product and Business locater services and promotions.
Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, test and maintain high volume dynamic web applications
• Consult with clients regarding web application needs, Document and organize programming projects
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting services
• Develop the coolest web applications around
Qualifications - Ideal # years:
• 3+ years experience using Perl; Must have experience developing web applications, and Object-Oriented Perl History working in Subversion
• 2+ years experience with Apache & mod_perl; 2+ Javascript and XML
• Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL and/or Mysql – PostgreSQL preferred
• Familiarity with AJAX programming methodologies
• BS in Computer Science or comparable experience
• Must have worked on commercially deployed applications through the full product life cycle
• Experience in high volume Internet applications
