1. Experience using Java EE, Web Services, Axis2, or other similar tools and libraries.

2. 3 to 10 years of experience in software development using Java technology.

3. Candidates should have a solid understanding and practical experience with tools and libraries such as Spring, IBatis, Groovy, Grails, Maven, JAXB, XmlBeans, Tomcat, junit or TestNG, jmock or EasyMock, Hudson.

4. Extensive understanding of database design and SQL is required (MySQL is preferred)

5. Experience building and/or consuming services using an Enterprise Service Bus

6. Demonstrated proficiency with XML, XML Schema, and XPath.

7. Must have knowledge of software development best practices, including test-driven development, continuous integration, Agile, Scrum, and/or other rapid application development methodologies.

8. Familiar with agile estimation and planning techniques

9. Strong working knowledge of object oriented analysis and design

10. Experience with Soap UI
