Fast-paced and rapidly growing leader in web-based behavioral assessments has an immediate full-time position in Dallas available for a Senior Web Developer, with both strong back end and front end development. This company is seeking a competent Senior Web developer to design and code new product features while supporting the internal development needs of the company. The right candidate will have proven success producing quality code in a timely manner and will thrive in an energetic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Include:

· Participation in screen design sessions where people will brainstorm ideas and you will document those and present screen design options

· Taking screen design ideas and turning selected idea into actual web pages using HTML, JSP, Javascript, CSS, etc.

· Working with back end developers to integrate GUI with business logic

· Input to overall application design to preserve consistent look and feel

· Designing screens that fulfill their associated requirements (e.g., operational requirements, browser interoperability requirements, usability requirements).

· Maintaining knowledge of trends in web page design

· Creation of custom images, banners, logos etc.

Qualifications:

· A bachelor’s degree or higher

· Experience with JSP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

· Experience with digital photography tools (e.g., PhotoShop, Illustrator, FreeHand, and DeBabelizer)

· Experience with multimedia tools (e.g., Director and Flash)

· Experience with HTML editors and debuggers

· A high level of creativity with an artistic flair

· The ideal candidate is able to combine artistic design with solid technical web coding skills

· Detail orientation, organizational skills, and good verbal communication skills

· Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment

· "Can Do" attitude with entrepreneurial spirit
