Position Description:
Our client located in the Philadelphia suburbs has a need for a Web Developer for a 6 month contract to hire position. This role essentially bridges the gap between the Creative and Engineering teams. They work closely with Graphic Designers, Information Architects, Marketing teams, and Project Management teams. The primary focus of this position is the JSP presentation layer which utilizes technologies such as HTML, CSS, JSP, XML, and JavaScript.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Information Architects and Project Leads in the development of Information Architecture Design Documentation for new site builds.
Apply new designs for new partners to existing functionality.
Execute on small projects for maintenance.
Obtain specifications from business units and develop clean presentation layer using HTML, CSS, Javascript
Assist in production escalation and problem resolution.
Act as technical advisor for Graphic Designers, Information Architects, and Marketing teams in assessing proposed project feasibility given current functionality.
Function independently with project assignments and with minimal supervision.
