We need an experienced .NET Software Developer / Software Engineer (VB.NET) to join an established (1987) independent software technology company offering bespoke software solutions.
As a passionate and committed VB.NET Software Developer you will focus on delivering high quality, innovative code covering a variety of technology areas and sectors including financial services, freight and retail systems. As well as the development of new software builds and maintaining existing software you will act as a key member of the development team focussed on finding creative software solutions.
Your contribution will be critical to the ongoing success and continued expansion of this organisation. It is therefore important that you can demonstrate the ability to see the bigger picture when you are coding and make design decisions that result in high quality, maintainable software.
To qualify your CV will need to demonstrate strong experience in the following:
• VB.NET
• SQL Server
With any exposure to VB6, MySQL, HTML, ASP or PHP advantageous.
