We need an AS3/Flex Developer / Flex Application Developer to join a business that is defining the creative potential for web video. As a leading provider of bespoke video services this entrepreneurial agency are renowned for innovation and creating the latest in cutting edge video application experiences that inspire the marketplace.
Having developed a platform that mixes live and on-demand HD video with interactive social capabilities our client is helping brand and content owners bring their videos to life. Due to expansion an opening has arisen for a Flex Application Developer to get involved in building the next generation of RIA experiences.
Joining the Design & Build team as an experienced Flex Application Developer you will be working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven (but fun!) team environment. Therefore you must show a good understanding in the following:
• Flex build tools
• Actionscript 3 / AS3
• Modular flex development
• The fundamentals of public API design
• Documentation tools
• Web standards
• Flex performance issues
• Flex unit testing
Any exposure to C/C++ and/or Ruby, modern web video technologies or SMIL3.0 standard would be beneficial.
All we are really looking for is an exceptional Flex Application Developer that enjoys nothing more than working on the latest web innovations within a technically challenging environment.
