I require a Freelance Developer with the following skills / experience

- PHP5, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Ajax (jQuery)

- Object Oriented PHP 5 Development experience & knowledge
- MVC Development ~ Not too fussed which framework you use as long as it's fast & reasonably compact..

- Friendly Attitude & Good Communicator.

The first project is a rental property management web app, with potential future projects also.

So I need a good freelancer with whom I can establish a friendly working relationship with!
