We are looking for an experienced PHP Developer / Web Developer to join a newly established (2007) yet multi award winning, pioneering internet business that is based near Old Street tube in the City, London. More...
You will be joining a rapidly expanding, VC-backed start-up, who in the last year have conceived and built a range of unique, compelling products that have shaken up the online monetisation space. Keen to continue their supremacy in this space they are now seeking an experienced PHP / LAMP Developer to be involved in the Greenfield development for their next generation of ground-breaking new products.
This role is perfectly suited for an ambitious and experienced Web Developer / PHP Developer with an ability to hit the ground running and progress fast within a small yet expanding team. To qualify you will need to:
• Have prior experience building web applications using LAMP architecture. This will require excellent knowledge of PHP5 & OOP and MySQL5 and its surrounding technologies.
• Code XHTML and CSS to W3C standards, WAG accessibility, cross-platform compatibility and semantic coding would be highly regarded.
• JavaScript and Jquery, Any Adobe AIR using JavaScript is also advantageous.
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop or similar and any UI/UX experience would be advantageous.
• API experience, including integration and API design would be highly regarded
• Affiliate feed integration will be highly regarded, as will any experience in affiliate marketing, online advertising or other B2B advertising related platforms.
• Experience developing scalable web applications for high-volume sites is also highly desirable.
• Passion for Open Source technologies, active participation in the Open Source Community.
• Subversion, mediawiki, Mantis.
Ultimately, we are after a bright, analytical, reliable and self motivated PHP Developer / Software Engineer / Web Developer that wants to join an exciting internet business that pride themselves on their award winning, cutting edge affiliate marketing platform.
