NationalField (www.nationalfield.org) is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join the Core Platform team. The position is full-time and is based in our office in downtown Washington, DC.

DUTIES:
Create web applications using PHP and Symfony
Implement web interfaces using XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Work closely with other engineers and User Interface Engineer to define feature specifications
Work closely with operations and infrastructure to build and scale back-end services

REQUIREMENTS:
B.S. or M.S. Computer Science or related field
Knowledge of PHP
Knowledge of MySQL
Knowledge of web technologies: XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript
A strong desire to work hard at a fast paced company
Always curious and wanting to learn new things
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent reliability and dependability
