Leading the way in social media metrics our client are a highly successful and rapidly expanding organisation that benefit from new, state of the art offices featuring great onsite facilities, including a licensed bar, Starbucks and free cycle hire. It is due to their ongoing success that they are now seeking an Adobe Flex/AIR Developer / Web Developer to join their team.

Working within a small development team you will play a key role in the design, development and support for their core product. You should expect a challenging yet varied environment where your day-to-day work will have a direct impact towards the business. In more detail you will…

• Design, Develop and enhance our client’s core product using Flex/AIR
• Play an active role in suggesting product development and the identification of possible new client solutions.
• To create clean, compliant code whilst ensuring a great user experience.
• Liaise externally with customers, providing support and answering general questions.
• Keep up to date with the latest technological concepts and advancements.

To qualify your CV will need to demonstrate the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Prior commercial experience developing in Adobe Flex and AIR.
• Experience of XML, Web 2.0.
• First-class communication skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management.

• Prior exposure to Java, PHP, MySQL and Linux would be advantageous.
