We are a new startup looking for an expert in PHP, MySQL, HTML, and CSS to create a drag and drop website creator web application. Flash knowledge is a plus. While there are successful web applications out there that create websites for users, our vision for this project exceeds the ease of use and capabilities for any website creation program out there.
