A PHP Developer / Web Developer is needed to join a digital agency at the forefront of the creative industry working with several of the most exciting arts organisations including the Donmar Warehouse, the Royal Shakespeare Company, Shakespeare’s Globe, the London Symphony Orchestra, and a host of vibrant theatres, galleries and charities.

This role is perfectly suited to an ambitious Junior to Middleweight Web Developer / PHP Developer seeking to join an agency that aims to push the boundaries of technology and creativity. You will be given opportunities to learn and progress fast, and will be part of a small team creating revolutionary websites, screen applications and e-marketing. To qualify you will need to:

• Have excellent problem solving skills and enjoy a good challenge.
• Be highly motivated and proactive, and relish the challenging of working for a dynamic, growing company.
• Have previous commercial programming experience.
• Be proficient in hand coding PHP (PHP4 & PHP5), XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and have an understanding of security techniques.
• Have proficiency with cross-browser, cross-platform issues, and dedicated to Web standards.
• Have spent a lot of time on web 2.0 sites such as Facebook, MySpace, Wordpress, and be able to show us customisations and integrations.
• Have experience of frameworks, particularly with JavaScript Jquery library.
• Any exposure to the version control system Subversion (SVN) is a bonus.

Ultimately, we are after a bright, analytical, reliable and self motivated PHP Developer / Software Engineer / Web Applications Developer that wants to join an exciting digital / creative agency that pride themselves on building cutting edge creative and technical solutions.
