We are seeking an ASP.NET Developer to join a leading Edinburgh based Digital Agency who can build websites, web applications, micro-sites, CMS Solutions and other digital projects utilising .NET technologies.
Based in the heart of Edinburgh you will be joining an independent growing digital agency with clients ranging from local SMEs to major national Blue Chips. Your Greenfield development landscape will constantly change, so expect a position that offers a diverse and varied environment where projects can vary a great deal in size, duration and client. You will be given an autonomous role, trusted with the whole technology lifecycle, and benefit from being put through Microsoft Certification - if you desire.
Interested? To qualify we are seeking .NET Developers with CVs that highlight the following:
• Previous commercial development experience in ASP / .NET / C# up to version 4.
• Knowledge of database design (MS SQL Server).
• Familiarity with web services, XML and JavaScript.
• The ability to hand code XHTML & CSS to high standards.
• The ability to solve challenges in a vast array of different web technologies.
Any exposure to AJAX, JQuery, JSon, PHP or Umbraco CMS platforms would be nice; otherwise this offers you a great opportunity to pick up new skills.
