Joomla Frontend Templates Design

Need someone to revamp the existing joomla for software company.
A.S.A.P the design should be rich with dynamic content like menu navigation, carousel and flash based gallery viewer.
Management want it to be similar like : http://samsung.com.my/
but not exactly the same like it only got same feels toward it.
Just need someone design it no matter how like using artisteer whatsoever urgently.
Already got some joomla mod installed inside but need the outrageous design on frontend templates. I will provide the hex/code and rgb for the projects..
Tricky things is want the carousel products to target populated main content or to the breadcrumb.
