Sr. Web Developer to Join Startup WebDev Team, PHP and/or JS

As a Senior Web Developer, you will have a chance to put your stamp on the Web, working on the part of our products closest to our users. Your genius and deep Web development experience will leverage scalable, reliable Web services to support our modern, reliable, fast Web experience. You will make it look easy.
Your stunning expertise with PHP ( PHP in a LAMP environment, cache tools and strategies, current RPC methods, JSON, and MVC frameworks), artisan's mastery of JavaScript (JS, CSS, HTML, DOM scripting, and JSON ), or -- dare we hope? -- both is required. Extensive experience building cross-browser solutions for large-scale, consumer-facing sites with an attention to code optimization, design principles, and documentation is also required. Experience in the online advertising space and familiarity with Agile development practices give you a distinct edge.
At our company, the standard "outstanding written and oral communication skills" is more than lip service. Our team is geographically distributed and you will work from your own (home) office. To survive you'll need to excel at remote collaboration, unfailingly express yourself in voice, chat, and asynchronous text communications, and exceed all expectations of productivity while doing so.
