Flex Developer
at Tara Foley in New York City
Seeking a senior developer who will be involved in new GUI development for a real-time etrading system. The system is built using RIA technologies and a service oriented architecture which enables extensibility. More asset classes are being added along with more regions.
Responsibilities of this role include developing flex frontend, understand requirements, working with various teams within the organization, working with off shore teams, enhancing existing system and designing and developing new systems.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of Flex and experience with at least cairngorm or parsley framework – candidates need to be able to develop Flex from scratch (without the use of any tools)
Web development tools, Java, Javascript, Adobe AIR
Skills Desired:
Java (Spring), Database/SQL, Hibernate is a plus, Previous experience in FX, IR (Foreign exchange, interest rate) is a plus.
Education Required:
Bachelors Degree
