Web Developer / Front End Developer (XHTML, CSS, AJAX) is needed to join a leading Tunbridge Wells based digital agency. Boasting clients such as Chelsea FC, Manchester United, Lewis Hamilton and Electronic Arts they now need seriously talented individuals to work on the latest cutting edge web development / digital projects.
You will be joining an organisation with multiple offices spanning two continents and ranked as one of the top design and build agencies in the UK (NMA). Working with some of the worlds brightest brands you’ll be responsible for turning design into an experience, creating outstanding user interfaces and breaking boundaries with advanced CSS, XHTML and AJAX technologies.
As a talented Front End Developer / Web Developer with excellent XHTML and CSS you will be tasked with creating pixel perfect conversions from Photoshop concepts into W3C standards-compliant and accessible websites. In more detail your CV will need to highlight the following:
• XHTML / HTML, CSS.
• JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX.
• A good appreciation of design including page layout and design skills.
• Experience communicating with clients.
• A creative edge, with excellent attention to detail.
• An understanding of accessibility guidelines, with websites that comply to W3c – WCAG standards.
Any experience with server side scripting languages is advantageous otherwise the right candidate will gain a great opportunity to cross train and learn new skills!
Ultimately we are after a strong Front End Developer (ideally with digital agency experience) who is excited by all digital mediums, emerging technologies and naturally proficient in coding XHTML / HTML, CSS and AJAX to a very high standard.
