Position: Solutions Consultant – Professional Services and Technology
Location: Atlanta, GA

Develop and deliver project plans to high standard, meeting and exciting partners’ expectations while using best practices.
Responsibilities:
Provide solution consulting services. Responsible for exploring and defining solution functionality, architecture, and business processes with mobile career and operators and partners.
Will interface directly with mobile/cellular operator product management, marketing, and technical teams! Will be responsible and accountable for solution meeting operator’s expectations through managing expectations, scope, schedule, and change requests. Aggregates solution costing and defines business case for both customer and company, based on pricing decisions. Will support and manage customer profitability through leverage of standard products and pricing of change during pre-sales, delivery and operational phases.
Required skills/competencies:
• 6-9 years relevant experience – being key contributor and recognized solutions specialist in mobile career operations, ERPCRM implementations, mobile services product marketing/management
• Excellent project and process management skills.
• Candidate should be experienced with a wide variety of Frameworks, Design Tools, IDEs, Configuration Management (CM) and software engineering build tools. Experience in a variety of methodologies (Agile/Scrum, SOA, RUP, TDD, etc.) is highly desired.
• Technical aptitude with good knowledge and skills on technology solutions and mobile operator partner services.
• Strong understanding of the concepts and methodologies associated with data warehousing, data modeling, data analysis, business intelligence, and the related architecture associated.
• Understanding of ITIL practice and process
• Understanding of mobile operator/careers and professional service business model
• Excellent customer service interface skills (polished): able to explore and document solutions to complex problems crossing business and technology
• Ability to get buy-in to solutions for partner and internally
• Analytical skills to evaluate alternatives from technical, commercial, and user interface perspective; do root cause analysis in complex problems
• Ability to work with technical architects and project managers in designing the solution
• Ability to define and justify business case.
• Bachelor’s degree or related work experience is highly desired.
Work from home-based office; position requires 20% travel
