The Software Engineer will report to the Customer Sales and Service (CSS) Systems Manager and will be responsible for planning and developing new software for CSS applications. Primary work will focus on the Epiphany Sales & Service platform and implementing functionality to meet established requirements and project goals. Cross-functional stakeholders include Database, Network Engineering, QA, and Project Management teams. The scope of work includes all phases of the project life cycle including planning, development, testing and on-going support.

Responsibilities

The Principal Architect reports to the Chief Technology Officer.
